I love this store. It's my number one go to to get my dogs everything they need. And it helps me support locally owned small business. Tony is so nice and knowledgeable. Go check her and her store out. You won't be disappointed.

My boyfriend was getting his hair cut next door and I decided to pop in and see the shop. I mention I have my dog in the car and Pam says to bring her in! Opal was very high energy and not behaving at all but Pam was so great and helped me fit Opal for a new harness, something I had been wanting to get for awhile but never knew what size to get! Such a perfect meeting! I got her a new harness and leash and treats! I WILL be back! Can’t wait to go back and show Pam how much better Opal will be once we get adjusted to the harness! Thank you so much! Will recommend you others!

Stopped in to The Lucky Pup to check out this new pet supply store. Wow what a great place. Pam was so knowledgeable and friendly. Chloe got fitted for a new harness and they shared their info on more holistic flea and tick preventions. This is our new go to for pet supplies. I love this store Cathy

I was very excited to receive a request to stop by to visit The Lucky Pup to help out with a few signage projects. I had no idea what the time would involve. Got my information for the project I would be working on and then took a look around. Pam was soooooo extremely helpful. She is like a walking library when it comes to nutrition and healthy options for my furbaby. She blessed me with a few little items for my little Zoey and gave me so many tips on a different approach when it comes to nutritional foods, snacks and chew sticks. So grateful!!!! My lil' Zoey is loving life with her new chew stick!!! Will have to grab a few more soon :)

Absolutely LOVED this place!! My dog loves her new coat, great quality and fashionable! Great AND affordable merchandise plus amazing staff. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who loves their Fur-baby!

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: very sad to hear lucky pup new shop can't open. the people that own the eastwood plaza rented lucky pup a space that was no good. Codes showed up and said they cant open because the plaza owner neglect to get proper work permits or inspections for the space rented to lucky pup. those skinner reality people destroyed a shop that help so many dogs and people. lucky pup folks did so much for so many. this news is sad. update to my review dec 4 2023: after losing patchy to cancer we adopted Blessing. he goes crazy when we get to lucky pup store. they always treat us real good and give discount when we cant afford much. Blessing sure loves these folks. our pibble Patchy loves the jug head toy & the braided bully sticks. Thank you for making it so we could buy these types of treat. Cant afford at them other stores. Like to say the shop is very clean smells real good to.

I had a great first impression! It was the best customer service I've had in a while. Store owner was very polite and helpful. She also had great recommendations for the natural treats. My furr baby is very picky, but he loved them. He loves his sweater. Thanks.
